These terms cover subscriptions paid with an international card — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. In that case the seller and the party to the contract is Z Cortex AI FZE LLC, and you are charged in US dollars.
Payments made with the Ukrainian methods on this site — a Monobank card payment in hryvnia, or USDT — are sold by a different legal entity, Oleh Starykh, individual entrepreneur (Ukraine), and are governed by the Ukrainian offer and the Ukrainian terms. Which company you are buying from is written on the payment screen before you press the button.
A subscription to Z·Cortex Agents — a builder for AI consultants. You create a consultant, receive a line of code and place it on your own website. Plan limits (conversations per month, voice minutes, video face, removal of the Z·Cortex badge) are the ones shown on the plan card at the moment of purchase.
The price is the one shown for the plan when you pay, charged in US dollars. Your bank may convert it into your currency at its own rate and add its own fee. A subscription runs for the period you paid for — a month or a year. There is no automatic renewal: when the paid period ends, the consultant drops to the free plan (chat stays alive, voice switches off) until you pay again.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, and 3-D Secure is applied where your bank requires it. On your bank statement the charge appears as Z CORTEX AGENTS.
Delivery is digital and immediate: the plan switches on in your account right after a successful payment. If it has not switched on within 15 minutes, write to info@zcortex.ai with your order number — we do it manually.
Before you pay, every plan is available as a 7-day free trial with the full Premium feature set — that is the moment to decide whether the service fits you. Because access opens immediately and in full, a paid period is not refunded once it has started, except in these cases:
Send refund requests to info@zcortex.ai with the order number, the payment date and the payment method. We decide within 5 business days and refund by the same method you paid with; how fast it lands depends on your card issuer.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account. Cancelling stops the next period; it does not refund the current one.
You are responsible for the knowledge base you upload and for what your consultant says on your website. Do not use the service for unlawful content, for impersonating another company, or for automated resale of the platform itself. We may suspend an account that does.
We aim for uninterrupted service, but planned updates and outages at external providers (speech and recognition models) are possible. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit. Anything we could not deliver because of a failure on our side is compensated by extending the paid period.
We collect only what is needed to run the service and support you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be settled by correspondence are heard by the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
These terms are written in English, and the English version at agents.zcortex.ai/en/international-terms is the one that governs. The Ukrainian and Russian versions are provided for convenience; if they differ in meaning, the English text prevails.
