1. What this service is

Z·Cortex Agents is a builder for AI consultants. You create a consultant, receive a line of code and place it on your own website. The consultant answers your visitors by voice and in chat, using the knowledge base that you yourself supplied.

2. Your account

One account belongs to one person or company. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done from your account.

3. Plans and limits

• The first 7 days give you the Premium feature set free (video, voice, chat) with a limit of 50 conversations and 10 voice minutes, and no card on file. After that you choose a plan: Chat, Voice or Premium video.
• When the trial ends, the consultant moves automatically to the free plan (chat, 30 conversations a month).
• Conversation and voice-minute limits are counted per calendar month and are visible in your dashboard. On top of conversations there is a safety ceiling on messages: 5,000 a month on Chat, 8,000 on Voice and 14,000 on Premium — roughly twenty turns for each conversation in the plan.
• To guard against abuse there are technical burst limits: on Voice up to 15 voice conversations an hour and 60 a day, on Premium up to 25 an hour and 100 a day, and up to 6 an hour during the trial. Plus up to 90 messages an hour from a single IP address. The real ceiling is your plan’s monthly minute quota; these limits only stop it burning through in one sitting. If you need more, write to us and we will raise them for you.
• If a paid period ends and is not renewed, the widget on your site switches off and your data is kept.

4. What is not allowed

• Hiding from visitors that the consultant is an artificial intelligence: switching off, covering or replacing the «You are talking to an artificial intelligence» line in the widget, or asking the consultant to pass itself off as a human. The engine places that line and it is mandatory — the model providers’ terms and the European AI rules require it.
• Using the consultant for medical, legal or financial advice without a qualified professional checking the answers.
• Using the service for deception, spam, trade in prohibited goods, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Uploading other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.
• Trying to get around the plan limits by technical means.

For a breach we may suspend the consultant, having warned you first.

5. Quality and liability

The consultant answers only within the knowledge base you gave it and can be wrong, like any newcomer. Check the answers that matter (prices, legal and medical questions). We are not liable for lost profit; our maximum liability is limited to what you paid over the last 3 (three) months.

6. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service, but planned updates and outages at external providers (speech and recognition models) are possible. We announce planned work on this page; if something breaks, write to info@zcortex.ai and we answer within one business day.

7. Changes to these terms

We announce material changes on this page 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.

8. Language of this document

The original is written in Ukrainian. The Russian (/ru/terms) and English (/en/terms) versions are provided for convenience; if they differ, the Ukrainian text prevails.
