The Provider gives the Customer access to Z·Cortex Agents (building and running an AI consultant on the Customer’s website) on the terms of the chosen plan. Paying for a plan means full acceptance of this offer. The Terms of use at agents.zcortex.ai/terms and the Privacy Policy at agents.zcortex.ai/privacy form an integral part of this contract.
There are two sellers, and you choose which one by choosing how you pay:
Which company is selling to you is stated on the payment screen before you press the button. The service itself, the plans and the limits are identical either way.
Current prices are on the pricing page. Prices are shown in US dollars as a reference. Payment methods: a bank card (the invoice is issued in hryvnia at the rate current at that moment — you see the final amount before paying) and USDT on TRC-20. The term is 30 or 365 days depending on the plan. There is no automatic charging — you confirm each renewal yourself.
The settlement currency of this contract is the hryvnia. Prices on the pricing page are shown in US dollars and in their hryvnia equivalent at the selling rate of JSC Universal Bank (Monobank) at the moment the invoice is issued. The Customer sees the final hryvnia amount before confirming payment.
The service is deemed delivered from the moment the plan switches on in your dashboard, which happens immediately after payment.
You can cancel yourself in the dashboard — the «Cancel subscription» button on the consultant card. The consultant runs to the end of the paid period and then switches off; you can change your mind up to the last day. The same place lets you delete a consultant with all its data or delete your account. We have no automatic renewal and no automatic charges at all.
The Customer fills the consultant’s knowledge base with accurate data and is responsible for keeping it current. Hiding from visitors that the consultant is an artificial intelligence is prohibited (see the Terms, clause 4).
7.1. This contract is governed by the law of Ukraine.
7.2. The parties settle disputes by negotiation. A written claim is answered within 30 calendar days of its arrival at info@zcortex.ai.
7.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court under Ukrainian law.
7.4. Where the Customer is a consumer, none of this removes the rights given by the Ukrainian Consumer Protection Act.
8.1. The service is provided «as is». The Provider does not warrant that the AI consultant’s answers are free of error: the consultant answers from the knowledge base supplied solely by the Customer.
8.2. The Provider’s aggregate liability on any ground is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the last 3 (three) months of use.
8.3. The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, loss of data or reputational harm.
8.4. The Customer is solely and fully responsible to the visitors of their website for what the consultant says, including promises of discounts, prices and deadlines, and any medical, legal or financial advice.
8.5. The Customer shall indemnify the Provider for losses, fines and legal costs arising from third-party claims connected with the consultant running on the Customer’s website.
9.1. The knowledge base, texts, price lists and other material uploaded by the Customer remain the Customer’s property. The Provider receives a non-exclusive right to process them solely to run the Customer’s consultant.
9.2. Rights to the service, the engine and the library of faces and voices belong to the Provider.
9.3. The consultants’ faces are generated by artificial intelligence and are not images of real people. The voices are synthesised.
9.4. The Customer may use the consultant’s answers without restriction.
