What if the business is small
A small business is exactly who needs it. When you work alone you physically cannot answer the site at 22:00 — you are driving, on site, or asleep. The consultant covers those hours for you: it answers about price and availability and leaves the name and phone of the person who wanted to buy in your dashboard. No technical skills needed

We do not hand over the code until it passes the exam
Before the consultant reaches your site we ask it eighteen loaded questions: will it invent a price that is not in your data; will it let a ready buyer go without taking a contact; will it snap at a rude customer; will it try to diagnose. A separate model judges every answer. If it fails, you do not get the line of code — and that is our job, not yours.

How long does launch take?
Four minutes to build and one paste of code. Most people launch in a single evening.
What counts as a «conversation»?
A conversation is one visitor within a half-hour window: however many messages they write in that time, it is one conversation. Refresh the page and carry on — the same conversation. The server counts it, not the browser, so the number in your dashboard is the one your plan is billed by. On top of conversations there is a safety ceiling for an endless dialogue: 5,000 messages a month on Chat, 8,000 on Voice and 14,000 on Premium — about twenty turns for every conversation in the plan. A normal site never reaches it, and both counters are visible in the dashboard.
What happens when the conversation limit runs out?
The consultant does not vanish from the site and does not get rude. It says plainly that the monthly limit is used up and suggests contacting the site owner. Full mode returns on the first day of the next month, or immediately once you move to a higher plan. We charge nothing above the plan without an action from you: a surprise bill has nowhere to come from — we do not store your card and do not renew the subscription ourselves.
Which platforms does it work on?
Anywhere you can paste your own line of code: WordPress, Tilda, Shopify, Horoshop, OpenCart, Wix, a custom-built site. In Horoshop it is «Settings → General settings → Scripts», in Shopify the theme code editor. Marketplaces — no: Prom.ua, Rozetka and OLX do not allow third-party code on their pages — the platform has no such field. But for Prom.ua there is a separate route, and it already works: the consultant answers buyers right inside the chat of your Prom seller account — nothing to paste, you only need the token from your seller account. It connects in our dashboard in a couple of minutes. Prom conversations count against the same monthly quota.
Do I need a developer?
No. You copy the line and paste it before the closing body tag. Do not want to do even that — send the line to your webmaster, it will take them two minutes.
How does the consultant know my business?
You give it your data: services, prices, opening hours, delivery terms, answers to frequent questions. As text or as a link to one page — we will pull the facts out of it. Need to change something — you edit the data yourself, in the dashboard: 16 fields; save, and the consultant answers the new way immediately. No need to write to us and wait.
What if it answers wrongly?
It speaks only from your data. What is not there it does not invent: it hands the conversation to your employee and takes a contact. You see leads with contacts in the dashboard. Spotted a weak point — fix the data yourself in the dashboard, changes take effect at once. Before the code is issued the consultant sits an exam of eighteen provocations: until it passes, there is no line for your site.
What happens to my customers’ data?
Messages pass through our server and the model but are stored nowhere — the history lives only in the visitor’s tab. Only the lead is written to disk: the contact and a short summary of the conversation, which you see in the dashboard. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
With a button in the dashboard, in one click. The consultant finishes the paid period and stops; you can change your mind up to the last day. We have no auto-charges at all. Money for the first 7 days after payment is refunded in full for any reason, after that for unused whole months of a yearly plan. In the same dashboard you can delete the consultant together with all its data.
Which languages does it speak?
Ukrainian, Russian or English. One language per consultant — you choose it when you build it, along with the face and the voice. Need two — we will build a second one. Other languages on request; write and tell us which.
